Shipping Policy – Happy Grips

At Happy Grips, we do our best to process and ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping methods, costs, and delivery times.

1. Shipping Locations  
We currently ship to the following locations:  
- The Netherlands  
- Other EU countries  
- Other destinations supported by standard Dutch postal services  

2. Shipping Costs  
The Netherlands  
- Free shipping within the Netherlands  
- Carrier: PostNL  

Europe  
- Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country. Costs are automatically calculated during checkout.  
- Free shipping on orders over EUR 10.00  
- Carrier: PostNL  

Other Countries  
- Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Costs are automatically calculated during checkout.  

3. Delivery Times  
We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.  
- Processing time: Orders placed on business days before 16:00 (CET) are shipped the same day.  
- Delivery in the Netherlands: 1–2 business days  
- Delivery within the EU: 3–7 business days (depending on destination)  

Please note: During holidays, vacation periods, or high-demand periods (such as promotions or sales), processing and delivery times may take slightly longer.  

4. Delayed or Missing Shipments  
If your order has not been delivered within 5 business days (NL) or 10 business days (EU), please contact us at info@happygrips.nl so we can investigate and take appropriate action.  

5. Incorrect Shipping Address  
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you’ve entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible.  
If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to change the address.  
Parcels returned due to incorrect address information can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.  

6. Damaged Shipments  
If your package or product arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt.  
Include clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item. We will arrange a fast and suitable solution.  

7. Missed Delivery  
If you’re not at home at the time of delivery:  
- The carrier may attempt to deliver the package to a neighbor or leave a delivery notice.  
- In some cases, your package may be delivered to a local pickup point.
