Returns and Refunds Policy – Happy Grips
At Happy Grips, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please read below to learn how to request a return or refund.
Return Conditions
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
To be eligible for a return:
- Overgrips must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, products that have been unsealed or removed from their packaging cannot be returned.
- All returns must include proof of purchase (for example, your order number or invoice).
How to Return an Item
1. Send an email to info@happygrips.nl with your order details and reason for return.
2. You will receive return instructions and the return address from us.
3. Carefully package the products and return them within 14 days of notifying us.
Please note: Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, an incorrect or damaged product).
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return:
- You will receive a full refund, including any original shipping costs, within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@happygrips.nl and include clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will arrange a prompt and suitable solution.
